Nicole Shipley comes to CapWealth with over 21 years in the financial industry. She started her career in banking at United Jersey Bank and Community National Bank, working her way up from teller to assisting the management of the bank.
Moving on from the bank, Nicole continued her career in finance and spent 12.5 years in mortgages with PHH Mortgage company.
After taking some time off from the corporate world to raise 5 children, Nicole returned to a full-time career with Fiserv. As a Business Systems Analyst-Product Owner, Nicole honed her operation, organizational, and client service skills.
Born and raised in South Jersey, Nicole has been involved in her community for 25+ years serving on several social and educational boards. Nicole and her husband Doug are enjoying their newly emptied nest! They welcome their 5 grown children home on the weekends for Sunday family dinner.
