Mike Tambini is Director of Investment Management and Planning for CapWealth. He brings more than 15 years of experience in providing personalized strategies to multiple generations of clients through comprehensive financial planning.
Mike began his career at several large financial institutions before beginning a long partnership with CapWealth Principal Partner, Mark Caprarola. He has extensive experience in investment management, cash flow projections, estate planning, insurance, and long-term care planning. A member of the CapWealth Investment Committee, he partners with LPL’s extensive investment resources to monitor daily market movements and opportunities. According to Mike, “I find it very rewarding to scrutinize a client’s investment portfolio — as well as the myriad planning issues that arise — and turn a fragmented financial position into a potentially profitable and sustainable strategy.”
Mike earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech University, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. He holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®)* designation through the College of Financial Planning, and is currently studying to earn certification as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®). Mike also holds the Series 7 securities license held with LPL Financial, and the Series 66 securities license held with Private Advisor Group and LPL Financial.
Mike and his wife, Abbey, reside in Cherry Hill, along with their two dogs, Sadie and Bowie. They support the ASPCA and the Burlington County Animal Alliance of New Jersey. When not at work, Mike enjoys golf, traveling, yard work, and spending time in Philadelphia and at the Jersey Shore.
